Approval of Last Month’s Minutes:  Tabled…Bratton forgot to distribute minutes.  Will approve Oct/Nov minutes at next meeting.

Pastoral Associates Report  No report.

Gym Manager Report – Gregg Bennett
	AC Gym responsibilities – Coaches should not sign up for duty during their own games.	
Calendar of Events
	Nothing new.
Concessions  All is well.
	
CYO Correspondence  No report.

Registrar’s Report 81 boys paid; 104 girls volleyball; 2 wrestling; 10 cheerleading for boys basketball.
	
Winter Coordinators
	Boys Basketball – David Bratton
		Coordinator 2010:  Position posted; Bratton to act as co-coordinator next year for transition.
Games begin 12/5/09.
	Volleyball – Kevin Thomas reports that number of girls is down about 10
		CYO entry deadline 12/11; our evaluations are 11/30 and 12/2
		Coaches Clinic 1/06/10; may need to recruit more coaches
		Coaches Meeting 1/19/10
Wrestling – Bryan Meunier:  No report, except that Chris Kaiser will continue as coach
		CYO entry deadline 12/11

Spring Coordinators – CYO entries accepted 1/25/10, deadline 2/26/10

Need to get the spring registration forms out with mid-February St. Malachy deadline to meet CYO deadline.

Treasurer’s Report
Financial Review – Scott:  We continue to operate within budget.  Girls kickball, girls basketball and high school volleyball finances have been closed out.  We have yet to receive the CYO football invoice.
Old Business:
Spring/Fall sports survey's (CSM):  Kevin Thomas reports that we received responses for kickball (4.47 out of 5.0 rating; 97% of players will play again); girls basketball (4.59 out of 5.0); football (4.22 out of 5.0); cross country (5.0 out of 5.0); cheerleading (4.67 out of 5.0)

   	Player commitments – Scott:  wording and inclusion on forms/website to be determined.

	Individual CYO City Champion plaque – Plaque approved.  David Bratton to lead purchase and placement of plaque in Noll Hall.

Organization chart update – Tom O’Leary presented and the new chart was approved.  Mainly aligned current AC members actual duties with the chart and made sure all sports have an AC member assigned.

	Shamrock field renaming – David/Tom:  Tabled.
	
New Business:
	 Brownsburg Facilities contact – Track, Softball, Baseball, Volleyball.  Tom O’Leary to lead discussions with Brownsburg schools for our use of their facilities during spring/summer months.
